针对酯硬化水玻璃砂混砂造型工序中,水玻璃(Na2O·mSiO2·nH2O)与有机酯固化剂(R—COOR’)作用,生成有机酸钠(R—COONa)、有机醇(R’-OH)、硅溶胶(mSiO2·nH2O),进而在浇铸及焙烧过程中,大部分分解为氧化钠(Na2O)和石英(SiO2)残留在旧砂中,非常容易引起滤袋堵塞,对除尘系统的运行及运行效果产生一些不利的影响。采取了一系列对策措施,并经一些项目除尘系统的运行及运行效果验证,这些对策与措施能满足实际应用的要求。

The sodium silicate (N2O· mSiO2 · nH2O) reacts with organic ester hardener (R- COOR ') and produces organic sodium ( R - COONa), organic alcohol ( R'- OH ), and sol - silicate ( mSi02 ~ nH2O) in the ester cured sodium silicate sand modeling process. Then in the casting and the roasting process, most of the decomposition of sodium oxide ( Na2O) and quartz ( SiO2 ) left in the sand. The bag is very prone to dogging and has some negative effects to the removal operation of the system and operating results. To this end, using a series of countermeasures, the dust removal system was identified by a number of projects running and operating results of the validation of these measures and found that the measures could meet the requirements of practical application.
