随着油田开发时间的延长,地层有机垢污、细菌产物堵塞、无机垢、聚合物、水泥浆等造成的油层堵塞伤害,造成单井产量下降;酸化解堵技术均采用含有HF的酸液体系,然而,HF与粘土矿物反应非常迅速,酸液大部分消耗在井筒附近,造成酸液穿透距离短,甚至还会产生二次沉淀,造成储层的永久性伤害。多氢酸+氧化复合解堵技术实现了缓速、无机、深部解堵,本文就该技术在五里湾油田的应用及效果进行了分析评价。

The reason of descent of per well production is the organic filth,bacteria waste,inorganic filth,polymer,cement slurry etc caused the formation jam as the oil exploitation.At present,the acidation for broken down is used to HF acidizing fluid system.However,the reaction between HF and clay mineral is rapid,and the consumption of acid fluid focused on wellbore vicinity,so the distance for acid fluid penetration is short,even second deposition. Multi -hydrogen acid +oxidation compound broken down technology achieve the retarded flow,inorganic,deep broken down.The chapter summarizes the technology in Wuliwan oilfield.
