教师职业技能是教师在完成教育教学工作时所应具备的技能,它是一项系统而复杂的工程,需要高师院校通力合作,从课程设置、课外活动、实践环节等方面采取切实有效的措施,针对不同年级的学生确定不同的训练内容和方式。形成学校、二级学院、班级和学生个人“四位一体”的培育格局。
