采用萃取法净化精苯再生酸。利用相似相容原理,使废酸中的有机物转移到萃取剂中,使硫酸分离出来。通过萃取处理,废酸中的CODCr由13.56×104降至3.92×104 mg/L,CODCr去除率〉70%,回收的净化酸可用于硫铵制备。

The extraction process is used to deal with the waste acid from benzol refining.This method is based on the si-militude and compatibility principle.Sulfuric acid was separated by transferring the organics in the waste acid to the ex-tracting agent.After the extraction process the CODCr number in waste sulfuric acid fell down from 13.56×10 4 to 3.92× 10 4 mg/L,and the percentage of CODCr removal could reach up to 70%.The acid purified can be used in the produc-tion of ammonium sulfate.
