影响旅游房地产购买力的因素具有复杂性与多样性。浙江经济总体位居全国前列,但各地级市经济发展水平参差不齐,本研究以浙江各地级市为研究对象,采用模糊综合评判法对浙江各地市级的旅游房地产进行分析,通过对影响区域旅游房地产购买力的因素进行评价与分类,分析各地区的旅游地产购买力情况,这样有助于了解浙江各区域旅游地产的消费状况,为旅游地产的投资决策、营销提供参考依据。同时,在旅游地产的研究领域中,从需求的角度对旅游地产的购买力进行研究。

The potential impacts of tourism real estate purchase are of complexity and diversity.The economic level of Zhejiang province is of prominence in China but the economic development level in various cities is different.This paper intends to make a fuzzy comprehensive analysis of the tourist cities of Zhejiang over the real estate data,taking the cities in Zhejiang Province as research object.The purchase of the regional tourism potential of the real estate evaluation and classification to the potential purchase of the regional evaluation make us understand the consumption of Zhejiang′s regional tourism real estate.It also provides a reference for making a decision to invest in tourism real estate.Meanwhile,in the field of tourism real estate research,this paper,as a study on the purchasing power in Chinese tourism real estates research.
