目的:前期对中医温病学中使用频率较高的91味中药及复方进行体外抗内毒素试验研究,筛选到以丹皮、贯众等为主的高效体外抗内毒素作用中药复方3帖,并进行了体内抗内毒素实验研究,筛选到以丹皮、贯众等为主的高效体内抗内毒素作用中药复方。方法:本实验进一步研究筛选出的2个复方对家兔内毒素攻毒热入营血分的保护作用。结果:以丹皮、贯众等为主的方二对内毒素热入营血分证具有极强的保护作用。结论:通过试验研究,以丹皮、贯众等为主,具清热解毒、活血散瘀、凉血止血功能的复方中药对内毒素热入营血分证有明显的保护作用,有望为猪高热综合征的预防和治疗提供新的途经。

목적:전기대중의온병학중사용빈솔교고적91미중약급복방진행체외항내독소시험연구,사선도이단피、관음등위주적고효체외항내독소작용중약복방3첩,병진행료체내항내독소실험연구,사선도이단피、관음등위주적고효체내항내독소작용중약복방。방법:본실험진일보연구사선출적2개복방대가토내독소공독열입영혈분적보호작용。결과:이단피、관음등위주적방이대내독소열입영혈분증구유겁강적보호작용。결론:통과시험연구,이단피、관음등위주,구청열해독、활혈산어、량혈지혈공능적복방중약대내독소열입영혈분증유명현적보호작용,유망위저고열종합정적예방화치료제공신적도경。
Ninety-one science of epidemic febrile disease of traditional chinese medicine were selected in anti-endotoxin experiment,then three highly anti-endotoxin compound recipe(prescription No.2,No.5 and No.6) composed of Cortex moutan and Cyrtomium fortunei were screened.Also prescription No.2 and No.6 were tested for its anti-endotoxin activity in vivo.This experiment was carried out to evaluate its effect on rabbit epidemic febrile disease with invasion of ying and xue system by heat.The results indicated that recipe composed of Cortex moutan and Cyrtomium fortunei(prescription No.2) could significantly protect rabbits from epidemic febrile disease with invasion of ying and xue system by heat.The highly anti-endotoxin compound recipe had the character of clearing away heat and toxic material,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and cooling blood and hemostasis.It could provide a new effective method for preventing and curing of swine high fever syndrome.
