采用石蜡切片法对石蒜(Lycoris radiata(L’Her.)Herb)小孢子、雄配子体和胚囊的发生发育过程进行了观察.结果表明,小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程存在滞后染色体、染色体桥、染色体片段和微核等现象;成熟花粉粒具有2核、3核和营养细胞中存在2核等异常现象;在胚囊的形成发育过程中,未见胚囊母细胞经减数分裂产生四分体的现象和7细胞8核结构的雌配子体产生,造孢细胞分裂产生2核后,细胞迅速变大并高度液泡化,其中的细胞质和细胞迅速解体消失.因此,石蒜有性生殖的败育原因,主要是由于其胚囊形成中的发育不良所致.
採用石蠟切片法對石蒜(Lycoris radiata(L’Her.)Herb)小孢子、雄配子體和胚囊的髮生髮育過程進行瞭觀察.結果錶明,小孢子母細胞減數分裂過程存在滯後染色體、染色體橋、染色體片段和微覈等現象;成熟花粉粒具有2覈、3覈和營養細胞中存在2覈等異常現象;在胚囊的形成髮育過程中,未見胚囊母細胞經減數分裂產生四分體的現象和7細胞8覈結構的雌配子體產生,造孢細胞分裂產生2覈後,細胞迅速變大併高度液泡化,其中的細胞質和細胞迅速解體消失.因此,石蒜有性生殖的敗育原因,主要是由于其胚囊形成中的髮育不良所緻.
채용석사절편법대석산(Lycoris radiata(L’Her.)Herb)소포자、웅배자체화배낭적발생발육과정진행료관찰.결과표명,소포자모세포감수분렬과정존재체후염색체、염색체교、염색체편단화미핵등현상;성숙화분립구유2핵、3핵화영양세포중존재2핵등이상현상;재배낭적형성발육과정중,미견배낭모세포경감수분렬산생사분체적현상화7세포8핵결구적자배자체산생,조포세포분렬산생2핵후,세포신속변대병고도액포화,기중적세포질화세포신속해체소실.인차,석산유성생식적패육원인,주요시유우기배낭형성중적발육불량소치.
The Lycoris radiata that there were initiation and development process of microspore, male gametophyte and embryo sac of (L'Her.) Herb were studied by the method of paraffin cut section. The results indicated lagged chromosomes, chromosome bridges, chromosome fragment and micronuclei during the meiosis of microsporocyte. There were double nuclei, triple nuclei in the mature pollen while double nuclei in vegetative cell, and there weren't tetrad phenomenon and female gametophyte with seven cell and eight nuclei during the development of embryo sac. The cell was became large rapidly and highly vacuocated, while the cell and the cytoplasm were disintegrated and disappeared after the double nuclei produced by the division of sporogenic cell. Therefore, the diapause of embryo sac was the main reason of sexual reproduction abnormality of Lycoris radiata ( L'Her. ) Herb.
