作为高职院校培养学生实践技能与综合素质的一种实践教学模式,轮岗实训有其很强的针对性和适用性,但在实施过程中,仍然存在着学生、企业及企业员工重视程度不够等问题。因此,必须对这种实践教学模式不断进行创新,通过企业重视、多层次激励、模拟职业生涯发展及多行业多业态轮岗等激发学生及企业员工参与轮岗实训的积极性,从而保证轮岗实训的效果。
作為高職院校培養學生實踐技能與綜閤素質的一種實踐教學模式,輪崗實訓有其很彊的針對性和適用性,但在實施過程中,仍然存在著學生、企業及企業員工重視程度不夠等問題。因此,必鬚對這種實踐教學模式不斷進行創新,通過企業重視、多層次激勵、模擬職業生涯髮展及多行業多業態輪崗等激髮學生及企業員工參與輪崗實訓的積極性,從而保證輪崗實訓的效果。
작위고직원교배양학생실천기능여종합소질적일충실천교학모식,륜강실훈유기흔강적침대성화괄용성,단재실시과정중,잉연존재착학생、기업급기업원공중시정도불구등문제。인차,필수대저충실천교학모식불단진행창신,통과기업중시、다층차격려、모의직업생애발전급다행업다업태륜강등격발학생급기업원공삼여륜강실훈적적겁성,종이보증륜강실훈적효과。
As a kind of practice teaching mode of higher vocational colleges to develop students＇ practical skills and overall quality,post rotation practice training has its strong pertinence and applicability.But in the process of implementing,there are still problems failed to get full attention of students,enterprises and enterprise staffs,therefore,this practice teaching model must be constantly innovative.Through the enterprise value,multi-level incentive,simulating career development and post rotation of multi-industry and multi-format,it will arouse the enthusiasm of students and enterprise employees to participate post rotation practice training,thus ensuring its effect.
