以橡胶树优良无性系云研73—477花药试管苗为外植体,研究了光照强度对橡胶树不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明:基部、茎尖在光照强度为1600lx条件下不定芽诱导效果最好,诱导率在95%以上;茎段在光照强度为800lx下诱导效果最好,诱导率为93.3%。
以橡膠樹優良無性繫雲研73—477花藥試管苗為外植體,研究瞭光照彊度對橡膠樹不定芽誘導的影響。結果錶明:基部、莖尖在光照彊度為1600lx條件下不定芽誘導效果最好,誘導率在95%以上;莖段在光照彊度為800lx下誘導效果最好,誘導率為93.3%。
이상효수우량무성계운연73—477화약시관묘위외식체,연구료광조강도대상효수불정아유도적영향。결과표명:기부、경첨재광조강도위1600lx조건하불정아유도효과최호,유도솔재95%이상;경단재광조강도위800lx하유도효과최호,유도솔위93.3%。
Apical buds, stems and the bases of Hewea brasiIiensis clone Yunyan73-477 were used as explants and cultured in vitro under light intensities of 1 600 lx, 800 lx and 0 lx. The results showed that the inductive rate of apical buds and the bases were more than 95% under the light intensity of 1 600 lx, and the inductive rate of stems was 93.3% under the light intensity of 800 lx.
