The principle,function,system composition and hardware and software design of a new automatic temperature and humidity control system were discussed.The primary concepts of humidity and its measurement were introduced and the working principles of TDK0302 temperature and humidity controller and its application in cotton spinning production were discussed in this paper.The energy consumption and conservation of the pumps and fans in the air-conditioning system during the production were-also analyzed.
