The concept of the rule of law is the rule of law activities of the soul,the socialist concept of rule of law,including the party＇s leadership,the rule of law,law enforcement people,justice,serving the overall situation and so on.Deep understanding of the socialist concept of rule of scientific content,and precise understanding of the inherent requirements of the socialist concept of rule of law is to grasp the essence of socialist rule of law;to promote the standardization of building and maintain social and political stability and economic development have an important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.
