本文研究了四氯乙烷脱除HCl制备三氯乙烯的宏观动力学。在温度为180-220℃时得到了动力学实验数据。采用非线性曲线拟合方法处理实验数据,建立了四氯乙烷脱除HCl反应动力学方程。用动力学模型求得的计算值与实验值比较,结果表明相对误差均〈8%,说明所建动力学模型能够较好的描述四氯乙烷脱除HCl反应,具有良好的外推性,并且为进一步了解反应机理奠定了基础。

The global kinetics of dehydrochlorination of tetrachloroethane was studied. The kinetics experimental data was obtained at the temperature range from 180°C to 220°C. The nonlinear curve fitting method was adopted to deal the experimental data. The kinetic equation was established. The calculated values with the experimental values were compared, the relative error all less than 8%. This showed that the kinetic equation could preferably describe the debydrochlorination reaction and had a favorable extrapolation. To further understand the reaction mechanism of the foundation.
