The 21st century is a central of the ocean; to vigorously develop marine economy is the heat of China＇s strategy of taking the initiative in developing the eastern region. Based on the analysis of the features of distributional period for China＇s regional development strategies and the bottlenecks in the marine economic development of China＇s coastal areas, this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the coordinated development of regional marine economy.
