对应用于电磁发射脉冲功率电源的反向开关晶体管(Reversely Switched Dynistor,RSD)进行了大电流脉冲换流特性测试。介绍了RSD导通原理,分析了RSD的直接预充、谐振预充和变压器升压预充等三种预充电路。进行了9.5kV脉冲放电试验,试验脉冲电流的峰值为110kA,脉冲宽度为260μs,dit/dt为2.8kA/μs,由试验波形计算得到RSD开关的换流损耗为4.5kJ,占释放能量80kJ的5.6%。10.8kV试验的电流峰值、脉冲宽度、开通电压分别为150kA,350μs,8.2V。

The pulse power characteristic of the reversely switched dynistor(RSD) applied in large pulse power supply of electromagnetic launcher was test.The structure of RSD and elementary pulse power circuit based on RSD were introduced firstly.The direct triggering circuit,resonant triggering circuit and transformer triggering circuit of RSD were analyzed.RSD series stack was test with 9.5kV of work voltage,peak current of RSD is 110kA,dit/dt is 2.8kA/μs and pulse width is 260μs,the wastage of the RSD switch is 4.5kJ.The peak current of RSD under 10.8kV is 150kA,voltage drop is 8.2V and pulse width is 350μs.
