采用湿磨处理工艺制备一种矿渣浆状掺合料,对矿渣浆状掺合料混凝土强度及工作性进行研究。结果表明,湿磨处理的矿渣浆状掺合料制备的混凝土强度均略高于干磨处理同等细度矿渣混凝土强度。细度增加对提高大掺量矿渣浆状掺合料混凝土强度更为有效。湿磨处理使矿渣对混凝土工作性的改善作用不明显,但通过加大胶结材0.1%~0.2%的外加剂掺量,仍可保证混凝土具有较好的工作性。
採用濕磨處理工藝製備一種礦渣漿狀摻閤料,對礦渣漿狀摻閤料混凝土彊度及工作性進行研究。結果錶明,濕磨處理的礦渣漿狀摻閤料製備的混凝土彊度均略高于榦磨處理同等細度礦渣混凝土彊度。細度增加對提高大摻量礦渣漿狀摻閤料混凝土彊度更為有效。濕磨處理使礦渣對混凝土工作性的改善作用不明顯,但通過加大膠結材0.1%~0.2%的外加劑摻量,仍可保證混凝土具有較好的工作性。

A kind of slag slurry with different fineness was manufactured by means of wet-milling with stirring mill,the effect of slag slurry on strength and workability of concrete was investigated in this paper.The results showed that,the strength of concrete with slag slurry treated by wet milling is higher than that of concrete with the equal fineness slag treated by dry milling.Compared with concrete with low dosage slag slurry,the increase of slag fineness is relatively effective to enhance strength of concrete with large dosage slag slurry.The workability of fresh concrete with slag slurry become worse,but by increasing the dosage of chemical admixture slightly,concrete can still obtain favorable workability.
