随着青岛电网结构日趋复杂,为保证调度员安全、准确、快速处理事故,建立并应用了智能调度仿真系统,该系统主要根据实时情况下的电网模型及运行方式,基于各种负荷情况设定故障设备或跳闸线路、开关,通过智能软件和专家经验自动生成多种调度事故处理预案,为处理大规模停电事故时提供直观、可靠的依据和决策支持,可全面的了解事故发生情况,使调度员形成清晰的思路,判断更及时、准确,相比传统的事故处理更加安全、便利,通过在反事故演习中的应用,事故处理效率得到很大提高,确保青岛电网安全可靠运行。

The structure of Qingdao power grids was more and more complex.In Order to handle the Power accident by securely,accurately and quickly,Qingdao Dispatch department applied the smart dispatch simulation system.The system could set the accident equipment and switch based on the actual situation of power model and power operation mode.As the same time,the plans of handing power accident may be generated automatically by intelligent software and experts.It could provide the reliable basis and decision support for dispatchers when the large-scale power accidents occurred.Now dispatchers could understand the situation of power accident comprehensively and determine accurately.The dispatchers handled the accident more securely and conveniently comparing to tradition.So the efficiency of handling accident was improved greatly by the application of system in qingdao power anti-accident maneuver.The security and reliability of Qingdao power operation are more better.
