Combined with the engineering examples of Huangtai 2 ×350MW cogeneration project in Shandong province following Chinese policy that calls'replacing small units with large ones'designed by our Institute, this paper mainly discusses the design of urban reclaimed water as leading water resource of plant and emphasize the economic and social benefits of this work, which also provides experiences for future designing.
