针对深水表层固井存在的低温、水泥石强度发展缓慢、浅层流、易漏失等难点,进行了深水低温固井水泥浆的研究,主要包括低温早强水泥、低密度减轻材料及配套外加剂.该水泥浆可在1.2~1.7 g/cm~3、4~20℃的范围内应用,水泥浆低温强度发展快,体系稳定,具有良好的综合性能.
針對深水錶層固井存在的低溫、水泥石彊度髮展緩慢、淺層流、易漏失等難點,進行瞭深水低溫固井水泥漿的研究,主要包括低溫早彊水泥、低密度減輕材料及配套外加劑.該水泥漿可在1.2~1.7 g/cm~3、4~20℃的範圍內應用,水泥漿低溫彊度髮展快,體繫穩定,具有良好的綜閤性能.

A kind of cement slurry, which is used under deep water and low temperature is studied in the paper, in order to overcom eproblems, such as low temperature, slow strength, shallow flow and leakage. The low temperature rapid strength cement, light material and a serial of additives were considered. The cement slurry can meet the general requirements for cementing casing in deep water wells. The exceptional features are, temperature from 4 ℃ to 20 ℃, density range from1.2g/cm~3 to 1.7g/cm~3, rapid strengths development, no sedimentation, etc.
