用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定中药材五味子、红景天以及蕨麻中砷和汞.确定了仪器的最佳工作条件,考察了酸度、还原剂、预还原剂的影响以及共存元素的干扰情况.在选定的测定条件,砷的检出限为0.00029μg/mL,汞的检出限为0.073ng/mL,砷的回收率在91.58%-108.78%之间,Hg的回收率在95.00%-107.44%之间.此方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,结果令人满意.

The contents of arsenic and mercury in Chinese traditional medicine fructus schizandrae, silverweed cinquefoil root and gold theragran were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry simultaneously.The optimal conditions were established, and the influence factors such as acidity, concentration of reducer and prereducer, and the interference of coexiting elements were discussed.Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits for arsenic and mercury are 0.00029μg/mL and 0.073ng/mL respectively.The recovery is between 91.58% and 108.78% for As,and 95.00%-107.44% for Hg.This method is rapid,convenient,accurate,and sensitive.The results are satisfied.
