碳酸盐岩储层的储集空间复杂多变,天然裂缝发育,基质渗透率一般小于1×10~(-3) μm~2,压裂改造是该类储层投产开发的一项关键技术.鉴于目前碳酸盐岩储层压裂改造成功率低,广泛调研了国内外碳酸盐岩加砂压裂的改造实例,分析认为压裂液滤失严重、储层可动流体饱和度低、缝高控制难、施工压力高、施工压力对砂浓度敏感是碳酸盐岩压裂改造的主要难点.从加强储层展布预测和测试压裂评价、降低压裂液滤失和消除多裂缝、利用酸预处理和加重压裂液降低破裂压力和施工压力、改进压裂液的抗剪切性能和携砂能力、优化压裂规模和优选施工参数等方面提出了相应的对策,对提高碳酸盐岩储层加砂压裂改造的成功率具有指导意义.

The matrix permeability is generally less than 1×10~(-3) μm~2 in carbonate gas reservoirs with many developed natural fractures and complicated and changeable storage space, so sand fracturing is one of the key technologies for the exploitation of these reservoirs. In view of a low success ratio of sand fracturing in carbonate gas reservoirs, we investigated into many cases of sand fracturing at home and abroad. Results from this study showed that the difficulties of sand fracturing include serious filtration loss, low saturation of mobile fluid, uneasy control of fracture height, high operating pressure and its sensitivity to sand concentration, etc. Also the corresponding countermeasures are outlined here as follows: reservoir spread prediction, prefrac test analysis, using particles, proppant slug, or oil-soluble filtrate reducer to reduce the fluid loss and remove multiple fractures, using acid pretreatment and weighted fracture fluid to reduce breakdown pressure and pumping pressure, improving fracture fluid properties, optimizing fracturing and its parameters, and so on. These methods would be meaningful to improve the success ratio of sand fracturing in carbonate gas reservoirs propped.
