种植赣杂3号油菜,在油菜开花前,把种植的油菜分为自然授粉、蜜蜂授粉和无蜂授粉三个区.然后测定座果率、产量、千粒重、畸形率、发芽率、出油率、油菜籽成分、柱头上花粉含量、花粉活力、花粉管萌发、子房中的RNA含量等指标,并统计授粉昆虫的种类和数量.结果表明:蜜蜂授粉区油菜籽产量比自然授粉区和无蜂授粉区分别提高40.16%和114.98%,实际亩产油量比自然授粉区和无蜂授粉区分别高7.59%和25.12%,并且蜜蜂授粉区的千粒重、发芽率、柱头上的花粉含量、花粉活力、花粉管萌发数量、子房中RNA的含量都是极显著或显著高于自然授粉区和无蜂授粉区;蜜蜂授粉区油菜籽畸形率极显著低于自然授粉区和无蜂授粉区.
種植贛雜3號油菜,在油菜開花前,把種植的油菜分為自然授粉、蜜蜂授粉和無蜂授粉三箇區.然後測定座果率、產量、韆粒重、畸形率、髮芽率、齣油率、油菜籽成分、柱頭上花粉含量、花粉活力、花粉管萌髮、子房中的RNA含量等指標,併統計授粉昆蟲的種類和數量.結果錶明:蜜蜂授粉區油菜籽產量比自然授粉區和無蜂授粉區分彆提高40.16%和114.98%,實際畝產油量比自然授粉區和無蜂授粉區分彆高7.59%和25.12%,併且蜜蜂授粉區的韆粒重、髮芽率、柱頭上的花粉含量、花粉活力、花粉管萌髮數量、子房中RNA的含量都是極顯著或顯著高于自然授粉區和無蜂授粉區;蜜蜂授粉區油菜籽畸形率極顯著低于自然授粉區和無蜂授粉區.
충식공잡3호유채,재유채개화전,파충식적유채분위자연수분、밀봉수분화무봉수분삼개구.연후측정좌과솔、산량、천립중、기형솔、발아솔、출유솔、유채자성분、주두상화분함량、화분활력、화분관맹발、자방중적RNA함량등지표,병통계수분곤충적충류화수량.결과표명:밀봉수분구유채자산량비자연수분구화무봉수분구분별제고40.16%화114.98%,실제무산유량비자연수분구화무봉수분구분별고7.59%화25.12%,병차밀봉수분구적천립중、발아솔、주두상적화분함량、화분활력、화분관맹발수량、자방중RNA적함량도시겁현저혹현저고우자연수분구화무봉수분구;밀봉수분구유채자기형솔겁현저저우자연수분구화무봉수분구.
Before the blossom of No.3 hybrid rape,oilseed rape plants were divided into the natural pollination area,bee pollination area and no bee pollination area.And the rate of fruit set,yield,grain weight,realformation rate,germination rate,oil yield,rapeseed composition,stigma pollen concentration,pollen viability,pollen tube germination,the RNA content of ovary were measured and the types and quantities of the pollinating insects in the no bee pollination area were calculated.The results showed that compared with the area of natural pollination and no bee pollination,the yield of bee pollination increased by 40.16% and 114.98% respectively,the actual mu oil yield of bee pollination increased by 7.59% and 25.12% respectively,and the grain weight,germination rate,pollen content on the stigma,pollen viability,pollen tube germination quantity,ovary in the RNA content of the bee pollination area were very significantly or significantly higher.
