为提高菘蓝试管苗质量和移栽成活率,研究了不同浓度的PP_(333)(1~6 mg/L)和B_9(10~60 mg/L)对菘蓝种子萌发及试管苗壮苗和生根的影响.结果表明:B_9浓度除20 mg/L外,其余浓度均促进菘蓝种子萌发.B_9对菘蓝试管苗具有延缓生长的作用.适宜浓度的B_9处理(20 mg/L)可使试管苗矮化,生长健壮,提高生根率及生根数量.而菘蓝试管苗对PP_(333)极为敏感,在低浓度下(≤2 mg/L)即对菘蓝试管苗的生长产生强烈抑制,高浓度下(≥4 mg/L)菘蓝试管苗大量死亡.

Different concentrations of PP_(333) and B_9 were tested in seed germination of Isatis indigotica Fort and growth of the test-tube plantlets to improve its test-tube plantlet quality and transplanting survival rate. The results showed that the tested concentrations of B_9 could promote its seed germination except 20 mg/L concentration, B_9 could delay growth of test-tube plantlets and B9 with 20 mg/L concentration could reduce height of test-tube plantlets and raise its rooting rate and root number. The test-tube plantlets were very susceptible to PP_(333). The growth of test-tube plantlets were strongly inhibited when PP_(333) concentration was below 2 mg/L and the high concentration of PP_(333)(≥4 mg/L) could result in death of test-tube plantlets.
