[目的]研究杨树苗木蛋白质与内源激素的动态变化.[方法]以1年生杨树无性系797杨(P. deltoides×P. euramericana)苗木为材料,研究其叶片和苗木主干皮层中总蛋白质含量的年动态变化,并用酶联免疫法测定同时期叶片和苗木主干皮层中内源激素的含量变化,分析内源激素与蛋白质含量变化的相关性.[结果]1年生杨树苗木叶片和主干皮层中总蛋白质含量变化趋势相反.春季展叶期间叶片总蛋白质含量较高,皮层含量较低;进入秋冬季节,叶片含量降低,皮层开始逐渐积累蛋白质.内源激素季节性变化起伏波动较大,与蛋白质变化密切相关,并间接地调控杨树营养贮藏蛋白质的降解与合成.[结论]探索植物激素在杨树氮素代谢过程中的调控作用,为杨树丰产栽培提供科学依据.

[목적]연구양수묘목단백질여내원격소적동태변화.[방법]이1년생양수무성계797양(P. deltoides×P. euramericana)묘목위재료,연구기협편화묘목주간피층중총단백질함량적년동태변화,병용매련면역법측정동시기협편화묘목주간피층중내원격소적함량변화,분석내원격소여단백질함량변화적상관성.[결과]1년생양수묘목협편화주간피층중총단백질함량변화추세상반.춘계전협기간협편총단백질함량교고,피층함량교저;진입추동계절,협편함량강저,피층개시축점적루단백질.내원격소계절성변화기복파동교대,여단백질변화밀절상관,병간접지조공양수영양저장단백질적강해여합성.[결론]탐색식물격소재양수담소대사과정중적조공작용,위양수봉산재배제공과학의거.
[Objective]The research aimed to study the dynamic changes of proteins and some endogenous hormones in seedlings of poplar. [Method]The dynamic annual changes of the total protein in leaf and cortex of seedlings' stem were investigated based on one-year-old poplar clone 797(P. deltoides×P. euramericana) seedlings. And meantime some endogenous hormones' contents were also measured by ELISA. The relationship between the endogenous hormones and protein's content was analyzed. [Result]The results showed that the changing trends were opposite between the endogenous hormones and protein's content in leaf and cortex of seedlings' stem. In spring the total protein's content in leaf was higher more than that in cortex. While in autumn and winter, it was low in leaf and began to accumulate in cortex. The endogenous hormones' seasonal change was fluctuant greatly. And it related nearly to the total proteins. And the endogenous hormones regulated indirectly the degradation and synthesis of vegetative storage proteins(VSP). [Conclusion]The study explored the regulatory effect of the endogenous hormones during nitrogen metabolism of poplar.
