通过对岳阳石油化工总厂树脂厂烧碱装置盐水系统的水平衡及SO42-平衡的计算,分析了二者对掺卤比的影响,推导出除硝和不除硝2种情况下最大掺卤比计算公式,提出了提高盐水掺卤比的途径,并对精盐掺卤制碱的经济效益进行初步测算。

The influence of water balance and SO2-4 balance on the mixingratio of bittern brine in the production of caustic soda in yueyang Petrochemical Plant was analysed through calculation. The calculation formulas of maximum mixing ratio of bittern brine with or without the remove of SO2-4 were inferred. Methods to increase the ratio of bittern brine added to brine are put forward. The economic benefit of caustic soda production from refined salt mixed with bittern brine was calculated preliminarily.
