采用二次回归旋转组合实验设计方法研究了湿法磷酸脱硫时脱硫剂量及其配比、反应温度、反应时间等对脱硫率的影响,拟合出反应结束时和存放后硫酸根脱除率的回归方程。经显著性检验表明,回归方程高度显著,拟合程度很好,可用于相应硫酸根脱除率的预测与控制。在诸因素中,脱硫剂量最重要,影响最大,反应温度和反应时间对脱硫率也有一定的影响。
採用二次迴歸鏇轉組閤實驗設計方法研究瞭濕法燐痠脫硫時脫硫劑量及其配比、反應溫度、反應時間等對脫硫率的影響,擬閤齣反應結束時和存放後硫痠根脫除率的迴歸方程。經顯著性檢驗錶明,迴歸方程高度顯著,擬閤程度很好,可用于相應硫痠根脫除率的預測與控製。在諸因素中,脫硫劑量最重要,影響最大,反應溫度和反應時間對脫硫率也有一定的影響。

Experiment design of second rotary regression was adopted to examine the influence of the amount and molar ratio of desulfurizer and its reactive temperature and time on the sulphate removal rate in the desulfation of wet-process phosphoric acid.The equations conceming sulphate removal rate with the relative conditions were obtained through the medium of regression analysis and test of signification.The results showed that the regression equations were of great significance and suitable for estimation and control of the sulphate removal rate.Of all the factors,amount of desulfating agent had a dominant impact,while reactive temperature and time had a secondary effect.
