论述20CrMnMoA渗碳淬火齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的试验研究。试验在英国产STRON 1603型电磁谐振疲劳试验机上进行。短寿命区采用四级恒定应力水平的成组试验法,长寿命区采用应力升降试验法。在试验数据基础上,根据统计学原理,拟合出完整的C-R-S-N曲线,并获得各种可靠度下的弯曲疲劳极限值。

This paper discussed a testing research on bending fatigue strength of carburization-quench hardened 20 CrMnMoA steel gear.Tests were carried out on an electro-magnetic resonance fatigue testing machine of type STRON 1603 produced in U.K..The grouping test method at four classes of constant stress levels was applied for short life-span areas while the stress up-and-down test method was used for long life-span areas.On the basis of testing data and according to principle of statistics the complete C-R-S-N curves were fitted and the limit values of bending fatigue strength under various reliabilities were obtained.
