The structural design of a high sensitive micro-hole drilling dynamometer and the working principle of the micro-hole drilling force measuring system are introduced. Based on the experiment of multi-element orthogonal polynomial regression, the nonlinear equations of drilling force in terms of vibration frequency F, vibration amplitude A and feed f are obtained. Moreover, the effects of vibration parameters and cutting parameters on drilling force are analyzed. Thus the necessary experiment instrument and the valuable research method are provided for the further research on micro-hole vibration drilling.
