利用BrUTP免疫标记技术,研究了多头绒泡菌(Physarum polycephalumSchw.)间期细胞核中RNA的转录状况。结果表明:在整个间期核仁中的rRNA都在活跃转录;核质中hnRNA的转录呈逐渐上升趋势,早S期转录水平很低,晚S期转录活性升高1倍,G2期转录达到最高水平;整个间期核质中RNA的转录水平增加了5~6倍。
利用BrUTP免疫標記技術,研究瞭多頭絨泡菌(Physarum polycephalumSchw.)間期細胞覈中RNA的轉錄狀況。結果錶明:在整箇間期覈仁中的rRNA都在活躍轉錄;覈質中hnRNA的轉錄呈逐漸上升趨勢,早S期轉錄水平很低,晚S期轉錄活性升高1倍,G2期轉錄達到最高水平;整箇間期覈質中RNA的轉錄水平增加瞭5~6倍。
이용BrUTP면역표기기술,연구료다두융포균(Physarum polycephalumSchw.)간기세포핵중RNA적전록상황。결과표명:재정개간기핵인중적rRNA도재활약전록;핵질중hnRNA적전록정축점상승추세,조S기전록수평흔저,만S기전록활성승고1배,G2기전록체도최고수평;정개간기핵질중RNA적전록수평증가료5~6배。
Using BrUTP incorporation and statistical analysis, the authorsinvestigated RNA transcription in the interphase nuclei in Physarum polycephalum Schw. The rRNA synthesis in the nucleolus continued actively throughout the interphase, while in nucleoplasm hnRNA was transcribed at low levels in S phase and actively in G2 phase. The rate of nucleoplasm RNA transcription was doubled between early S phase and late S phase, and a 5-6 folds increase was detected between the early S phase and G2 phase.
