目的：探讨微晶磨面加细胞活能治疗疤痕、色斑的疗效。方法：采用微晶磨面及微晶磨面加细胞活能护理的方法对52例疤痕、色斑患者治疗并进行对照。结果：微晶磨面加细胞活能治疗色斑治愈率达50％，与单独微晶磨面相比较有显著性差异，两种方法对疤痕治疗结果无显著性差异。结论：微晶磨面后加细胞活能面部护理能明显提高对色斑的治愈率

Objective: To study the effect on treating scar and stain with cellular energy after micro-dermabrasion. Methods: 52 patients were divided into two groups, patients of cure group were used cellular energy externally after micro-dermabrasion, the control group with micro-dermabrasion alone. Then compare their curative effect. Results: The cure rate of stain is 50% with cellular energy after micro-dermabrasion. Effectiveness of the two groups have significance of difference. However, to treat the scar,no different. Conclusion: The cure rate could be advanced with cellular energy nursing care the surface of wound after micro-dermabrasion
