研究了GH4169 合金离子注入对蠕变/疲劳特性的影响,并应用应变能区分(SEP)法预测该合金在650℃的蠕变/疲劳寿命,给出了SEP寿命预测方程。试验结果表明离子注入法具有多种强化机制共同作用于合金使其强化,达到最佳的强化效果以延长使用寿命。

In the paper,the behaviors of creep/fatigue of ions implanted GH4169 superalloy were strdied.The predicted life on creep/fatigue of superalloy at 650℃ is gained,by strain energy partitioning(SEP) method.The results shown that several strengthening factors played a part in strengthening together when the high energy titanium ions implanted into GH4169 superalloy,and good benefits as prolonging service lifetime is achieved.
