研究了催化剂量、回流温度、溶剂量对聚醚与马来酸酐缩合反应的影响,反应过程通过测量其出水量和酸值随时间的变化来表征,同时,辅之以FTIR表征。结果表明:不同情况下,其反应机理是不同的,总体而言,是一个酯化与醚化相互竞争的过程。通过研究确定了生产超稠油乳液破乳剂最佳工艺条件,得到的破乳剂使辽河超稠油脱水可达到<5%。

The effects of catalyst content, reflux temperature and solvent content on the condensation reaction between polyether and malaic anhydride were studied. The change of separated-off water volume and acidic value with time was monitored and FTIR was used to illustrate the process. It was shown that the reaction mechanism is variable under different experiment conditions, as a whole, the reaction is a competing process between esterification and etherification one another. By experimental study, the optimum technique conditions that produced super-viscous crude oil emulsion demulsifier, which could separate water with Liaohe super-voscous crude oil emulsion to <5%(wt)water content, was obtained.
