用基础低硒饲料饲养大鼠,以自来水(对照)、Na2SeO3溶液、低硒茶水和富硒茶水作试验处理,实验7周后分析血液及肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血液、肝脏的含硒量,丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明:富硒茶显著增加大鼠血液和肝脏的含硒量,降低MDA含量,提高血液的SOD活性。富硒茶处理大鼠血液的GSH-Px活性是对照和低硒茶叶的1.3倍,肝脏GSH-Px活性可达1.4倍,富硒茶在提高肝脏和血液的GSH-Px活性和SOD活性,降低MDA含量的生理效应优于Na2SeO3。证明富硒茶具有减少机体脂质过氧化物和清除体内含氧自由基。

용기출저서사료사양대서,이자래수(대조)、Na2SeO3용액、저서다수화부서다수작시험처리,실험7주후분석혈액급간장중곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)활성、초양화물기화매(SOD)활성화혈액、간장적함서량,병이철(MDA)적함량。결과표명:부서다현저증가대서혈액화간장적함서량,강저MDA함량,제고혈액적SOD활성。부서다처리대서혈액적GSH-Px활성시대조화저서다협적1.3배,간장GSH-Px활성가체1.4배,부서다재제고간장화혈액적GSH-Px활성화SOD활성,강저MDA함량적생리효응우우Na2SeO3。증명부서다구유감소궤체지질과양화물화청제체내함양자유기。
The rats were fed with selenium-deficient basal diet andsupplemented with tap-water (as check),sodium selenite solution,Se-low tea drink and Se-enriched tea drink,respectively. The rats were killed after 8 weeks. Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity,selenium content and MDA content in blood and liver were determined. The results showed that the MDA content was decreased,the SOD activity and selenium content in blood and liver were significantly higher,and the GSH-Px activity was 1.3 times in blood and 1.4 times in liver in rats fed with extraction of Se-enriched tea and sodium selenite compared with those fed with Se-low tea extraction and water. The higher effectiveness was obtained in the treatment of drinking Se-enriched tea than sodium selenite. All results indicated that Se-enriched tea could increase rat antioxidative function and as a good source for supplementing selenium.
