目的为探讨高温与噪声联合作用对作业工人听力的影响。方法联合作用组(A组)67名,单纯噪声组(B组)56名,对照组54名(C组)进行听力损伤的调查。结果噪声强度A组LAeq 87.4dB(A),B组LAeq 87.0dB(A);各组听损发生率A组>B组>C组,组间比较(P<0.01);各组间不同频率的听阈均值对比中,2、3、4、6 kHz以A组>B组>C组,各组间比较(P<0.01)。结论提示高温与噪声对工人高频听阈有协同作用。

To investigate the combined effects of high temperature and noise on hearing of the exposed workers.Methods The hearing of three groups of workers was determined, including 67 male workers in group A who were exposed to both high temperature and noise, 56 men in group B who were exposed to only noise and 54 men in group C as control. Results The noise intensity was 87.4 dB(A) in group A and 87.0 dB(A) in group B. The incidence of hearing loss appeared to be successively increasing in the order
of group A, B and C (P<0.01 each other). The thresholds of audibility on 2,3,4 and 6 kHz was successively decreased in groupA, B and C (P<0. 01 each other). Conclusion It indicated that three might be a combined effect of high temperature and noise on the hearing loss.
