目的　通过对健康中国女性进行X-ray骨密度检测，从而找到前臂骨密度的变化与年龄增长的关系以及骨质疏松症的发病情况。方法　对307例职业女性采用丹麦Pronosco公司生产的数码式X光片骨密度扫描仪进行前臂骨密度测定，将数据用Excel数据表格、电子表格处理软件进行统计学处理。结果　27岁以前，骨密度呈增加趋势，28～34岁达峰值，35岁以后逐年下降，49岁以后骨密度明显下降；34岁以前骨质疏松症发生率为0，35岁以后，骨质疏松症发生率随年龄增长逐年增加，49岁以后明显增加，70岁以后已过半。结论　骨生长、发育、衰老具有一定变化规律，原发性骨质疏松症发生率与生理年龄相关。

Objective Female forearm bone mineral density(BMD)was detected with X-ray,in order to study relationship between its variation and a ging,and incidence of osteoporosis. Methods 307 healthy female BMD were measured with digital radiogr ammetric analysis system,Excel statistical processed the data. Results the BMD trended to increase before 27yrs,and arrived pea k mass among 28-34 yrs;Osteoporosis was no found before 34 yrs,the incidence of osteoporosis increased with ageing after 35yrs,especially after 49yrs.and there were over 50% osteoporosis in the female after 70yrs. Conclusion The growth,development and caducity of bone varietied r egularly,there were close correlation between incidence of osteoporosis and phys iological age.
