山东省莱芜煤矿区矿坑水排放量大,仅四处国有煤矿排放量即达1700×104m3/a。该区矿井水水质相对较好,经沉淀、过滤、吸附、杀菌、消毒等方法处理,可使之达到消防、洗煤、灌浆、冷却、生活等方面的水质要求。矿坑水的处理利用,可有效缓解矿区及当地的水资源供求矛盾,采用环境代价分析法进行计算,结果表明,矿坑水综合处理利用每元投资的收益为1.97元。
山東省萊蕪煤礦區礦坑水排放量大,僅四處國有煤礦排放量即達1700×104m3/a。該區礦井水水質相對較好,經沉澱、過濾、吸附、殺菌、消毒等方法處理,可使之達到消防、洗煤、灌漿、冷卻、生活等方麵的水質要求。礦坑水的處理利用,可有效緩解礦區及噹地的水資源供求矛盾,採用環境代價分析法進行計算,結果錶明,礦坑水綜閤處理利用每元投資的收益為1.97元。

The quantity of draining-water in Laiwu mining area of ShandongProvince is so large that the total amount from the four state-operated pits is 1700×104 m3/a. The quality of the water is comparatively good. It can be used in fire fighting, coal cleaning, grouting, cooling, and daily life use etc.After the treatment such as settling, filtering, absorbing sterilizing disinfecting etc. With utilization of the draining-water, it could help in solving the problem of water shortage. By calculation of environment risk analysis, it indicates that the cost of 1.0 yuan in the general treatment can make a profit of 1.97 yuan.
