目的 探讨五灵脂粉末显微鉴别的特征及其与伪品的区别。方法 应用光学显微镜对10种56批次五灵脂商品进行了显微特征观察。结果 发现五灵脂粉末特征较单一，也较恒定，伪品五灵脂粉末特征较复杂。结论 气孔类型及表皮细胞形态可作为五灵脂粉末显微鉴别的一个指标，非腺毛类型可作为鉴别的参考。
目的 探討五靈脂粉末顯微鑒彆的特徵及其與偽品的區彆。方法 應用光學顯微鏡對10種56批次五靈脂商品進行瞭顯微特徵觀察。結果 髮現五靈脂粉末特徵較單一，也較恆定，偽品五靈脂粉末特徵較複雜。結論 氣孔類型及錶皮細胞形態可作為五靈脂粉末顯微鑒彆的一箇指標，非腺毛類型可作為鑒彆的參攷。

Object To distinguish WULINGZHI, the powdered dry excrement ofTrogopterus xanthipes (Petauristidae) from its imitations. Methods 10 samples from 56 batches of WULINGZHI obtained from the market were examined by light microscopy. Results The microscopic characteristic of the genuine product appeared to be consistently simple, while that of the faked imitations were more complex. Conclusion Type of stoma, and morphological characteristics of the epithelial cell can be used as the criteria for microscopic distinction, with type of non-glandular hair as auxiliary reference.
