讨论了智能控制技术在燃气热水器中的应用。用智能控制的算法实现多输入多输出模糊控制 系统的解耦,采用前馈控制和自适应反馈控制相结合的控制算法实现出水恒温控制。结果表 明,控制效果比常规方法明显提高,尤其是在水压波动情况下恒温效果好。

The water heating process of Gas Rapid Water Heater is non-linear, its time-delay is variable and has multivariables. It is very difficult to model accurately in mathematics; therefore, conventional control methods do not achieve good control of the outlet water temperature. Especially, the outlet water tempe rature is not constant under fluctuations of the outlet waterflow. In this paper , algorithm of intelligent control is used to decouple a MIMO fuzzy control system into multi-MISO ones. A fuzzy control algorithm using hybrid feedforward and self-adaptive feedback control keeps the temperature of the outlet water constant. Based on the above conclusion, we have successfully developed the Fuzzy Control Gas Water Heater that has been patented in China and put into batch production.
