目的研究醛氢叶酸、 5 Fu联合化疗方案 (简称 CF组 )与基本化疗方案 (对照组 )的疗效观察。方法对 37例晚期胃癌联合化疗治疗时，随机分成两组， CF组为醛氢叶酸加 5 Fu静脉给药治疗，对照组为常规化疗方案静脉给药治疗。结果 CF组治疗晚期胃癌的有效率为 65 0％，对照组治疗晚期胃癌的有效率为 29 5％ (P < 0 05)。结论具有对 5 Fu有增效作用的 CF与 5 Fu的联合化疗方案应用于胃癌治疗，则有可能提高临床疗效。
목적연구철경협산、 5 Fu연합화료방안 (간칭 CF조 )여기본화료방안 (대조조 )적료효관찰。방법대 37례만기위암연합화료치료시，수궤분성량조， CF조위철경협산가 5 Fu정맥급약치료，대조조위상규화료방안정맥급약치료。결과 CF조치료만기위암적유효솔위 65 0％，대조조치료만기위암적유효솔위 29 5％ (P < 0 05)。결론구유대 5 Fu유증효작용적 CF여 5 Fu적연합화료방안응용우위암치료，칙유가능제고림상료효。
Objective:To analyse the relationship between x－ ray type and effectiveness of VFP regimen in treatment of esophageal neoplasms.Methods:From August 1995 to December 1999,60 patients with esophageal cacinoma were divided into 5 types by x－ ray,treated with VFP vegimen,study the relationship between effectiveness and x－ ray tape.Results:The response rate in marrow type,ulcer type,massive type narrow type and intracvity type was 66％ ,63％ ,60％ ,25％ ,16.67％ ,respectively,The overall response rate was 50％ .Conclusion:The effect was abnormal in different type marrow,type and ulcer type are much better than massive type.narrow type and intracavity type(P<0.05).
