目的　探讨异丙酚(PRO)在脑肿瘤手术麻醉中作用特点。方法　56例ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ级，年龄45.16±14.12岁，体重58.62±7.82kg的脑肿瘤病人择期手术，静注咪唑安定、芬太尼、PRO、琥珀胆碱气管插管后IPPV。输注PRO，酌情静注芬太尼、维库溴铵维持麻醉。结果　诱导期BP、HR较麻醉前下降(P＜0.05)，但整个麻醉过程生命指征较平稳。苏醒时间30.72±12.35min，恢复迅速，无不良反应。结论　PRO用于神经外科手术是一种安全有效的静脉麻醉药，适用于诱导与维持麻醉，还具有降低ICP、保护脑功能的作用。
목적　탐토이병분(PRO)재뇌종류수술마취중작용특점。방법　56례ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ급，년령45.16±14.12세，체중58.62±7.82kg적뇌종류병인택기수술，정주미서안정、분태니、PRO、호박담감기관삽관후IPPV。수주PRO，작정정주분태니、유고추안유지마취。결과　유도기BP、HR교마취전하강(P＜0.05)，단정개마취과정생명지정교평은。소성시간30.72±12.35min，회복신속，무불량반응。결론　PRO용우신경외과수술시일충안전유효적정맥마취약，괄용우유도여유지마취，환구유강저ICP、보호뇌공능적작용。
Objective:To investigate the effects and characteristics of propofol(PRO)during anesthetic operation for brain neoplasms.Methods:Fifty-six patients with ASA grade Ⅰ～Ⅲ，aging 45.16±14.12 years,weight 58.62±7.82kg were scheduled for elective surgery.Anesthesia was induced with midazolam,fentanyl,PRO and succinycholine,the endotracheal intubation and IPPV.Anesthesia was maintained with PRO and intermittently intravenous fentanyl,vecuronium.Results:BP,HR in the inducement course were decreased than before the anesthesia(p＜0.05).But the life index in the whole anesthesia course was more placid.The revival time:30.72±12.35min,the recovery was quick and had no bad effect.Conclusions:PRO used in neurosurgery is a safe and an effective vena anesthetic drugs.It is applied to inducing and maintaining anesthesia.It also has effects on reducing ICP and protecting the brain.
