目的：探讨α-干扰素(IFN-α)对人肺腺癌细胞株A549细胞周期和P53蛋白表达的影响。方法：用2种不同质量浓度IFN-α(25μg/L，100 μg／L)处理人肺腺癌A549细胞，并设空白为对照。用流式细胞仪测定IFN-α对 A549细胞细胞周期的影响，用免疫荧光标记法测定P53蛋白的表达。结果：IFN-α作用后的A549细胞，细胞周期明显改变，s期细胞数显著降低，且P53蛋白表达明显减少。结论：IFN-α能阻止A549细胞细胞周期的进程，抑制P53蛋白的表达。

목적：탐토α-간우소(IFN-α)대인폐선암세포주A549세포주기화P53단백표체적영향。방법：용2충불동질량농도IFN-α(25μg/L，100 μg／L)처리인폐선암A549세포，병설공백위대조。용류식세포의측정IFN-α대 A549세포세포주기적영향，용면역형광표기법측정P53단백적표체。결과：IFN-α작용후적A549세포，세포주기명현개변，s기세포수현저강저，차P53단백표체명현감소。결론：IFN-α능조지A549세포세포주기적진정，억제P53단백적표체。
Aim: To investigate the influences of α-interferon(IFN-α)on the cell cycle and P53 expression in the human lungadenocarcinoma cell hne (As49) . Methods: The human lung adenocareinoma cell line( A549)was treated with IFN-α(25 μg/L,100 μg/L), P53 expression and cell cycle was determined with immunohistochemisty and flow cytometry (FCM). Results: P53expression was significantly decreased in the As49 cell line treated with IFN-α. The cell cycle in the A549 cells was treated with HFN-α was changed markedly, and the cells in S phase were decreased dramatically. Conclusion: IFN-α could arrest the cell cycle ofA549 cells and inhibite the P53 expression.
