随着数字通信及网络技术的迅速发展,常规的远动系统将发生很大的变化。文中从保证电网调度自动化功能和远动信息的实时性、可靠性、正确性和准确性的要求出发,分析了远动信息的采集方式和传输模式,讨论了通信通道的组织和路由设计,指出应积极推广TCP/IP技术,以实现远动信息的网络化传输。

The normal telecontrol system is being changed with thedevelopment of communication and network technology. With respect to the functions of dispatching automation for power systems, and the timeliness, reliability, correctness and accuracy for data communication, the information collection and transmission modes are analyzed, and the channel structure and route design are discussed. It is pointed out that TCP/IP technique should be popularized vigorously to realize network-based telecommunication for telecontrol information.
