The present paper describes the geological conditions, selection of the supporting frame plans, adoption of parameters and design on the supporting frame plan in which the anchor net is injected, determination of the earth work plan and monitoring of the construction as well as emergency countermeasures in regards to the constructional project of the deep foundation pit for the second Hot Rolling Strip Mill of WISCO. Results indicate that the present plan is acceptable and applicable.
