研究假丝酵母菌的DNA异质性及药物敏感性,为预防和监控院内假丝酵母菌感染奠定基础.将临床分离的假丝酵母菌菌株,用科玛嘉显色培养基鉴定菌种,经纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对这些菌株进行基因分型.结果显示:93 株假丝酵母菌中白假丝酵母菌 68 株,非白假丝酵母菌 25 株,所有菌株对制霉菌素,两性霉素B两种药物的敏感率最高(100%),酮康唑其次(70.9%),氟康唑的敏感率最低(50.5%),引物1和引物 2 将来源不同的 68 株白假丝酵母菌分别分成 4 型(A -1、B -1、C -1、D -1 )和 6 型(A -2、B -2、C -2、D -2、E -2、F -2 ).哈尔滨地区的假丝酵母菌感染以白假丝酵母菌为主,且主要为A -1、B -1型(引物 1)或A -2、B -2型(引物 2);基因型与药敏谱无明显相关性.

The DNA heterogeneity and drug sensitivity of Candida was studied to lay a foundation for guard against, inspect, and control the infection of Candida in the hospital. Candida strains isolated clinically were identified their strain seeds with CHROMagar-Candida medium. And their genetic typing was carried out with paper disk diffusion test for drug sensitivity, and applying randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. The results showed that among 93 Candida strains 68 were C. albicans, 25 were non-C. albicans. All the isolated were 100% sensitive to amphotericin B and nystatin, followed by ketoconazole (70.9%), and the least was fluconazole (50.5%). 68 strains of different origins were divided into 4 types (A1, B1, C1, and D1) and 6 types (A2, B2, C2, D2, E2, and F2) by primer1 and primer2 respectively. The main species of Candida infections in Harbin area were C. albicans, and type A1, B1 (primer1) or A2, B2 (primer2) were the major genotypes; Genotyping of C. albicans did not show obvious correlation with their drug sensitivity spectrum.
