为了准确计算电机次级参数和电机温升,根据圆筒型直线感应电机的特点,利用有限元软件对大功率圆筒型直线感应电机复合次级进行涡流损耗分析,得出复合次级不同厚度值时的涡流损耗功率.通过有限元分析法和通用解析法计算结果的比较,说明了有限元分析的正确性.计算结果对大功率圆筒型直线感应电机的参数计算与制造有一定的实用价值.

Based on the characteristics of cylindrical linear induction motor analyzed the eddy current pwer loss of compound secondary by ANSYS finite Element method. Compared with the analyzed experi-mental data, this finite element method is accurate to calculate the power loss. Using this method, cal-culated and analyzed the power loss of compound secondary with different size. The calculating method and law can be helpful in design and manufacture of the cylindrical linear induction motor.
