A motorcycle back mirror was taken as original object,one manufacturing method of epoxy mould using reverse engineering and SLS rapid prototyping technology was researched. The whole experimental course from collecting object model data, reconstructing CAD model, manufacturing master pattern, manufacturing epoxy mould to trial manufacturing products was all introduced. It is verified that this manufacturing method of epoxy mould based on reverse engineering and SLS technology is feasible and superior.
