针对水性聚氨酯涂料普遍存在耐水、耐溶剂性能差、固化涂膜硬度低等缺点,通过在水性聚氨酯涂料的制备过程中引入半干性油、单体及乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷改善其性能。在半干性油的氧化交联与乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷自交联的共同作用下,涂膜的交联密度变大,性能明显提升。
針對水性聚氨酯塗料普遍存在耐水、耐溶劑性能差、固化塗膜硬度低等缺點,通過在水性聚氨酯塗料的製備過程中引入半榦性油、單體及乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷改善其性能。在半榦性油的氧化交聯與乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷自交聯的共同作用下,塗膜的交聯密度變大,性能明顯提升。

According to the shortcomings of poor water and solvent resistance and low film hardness generally existing in the water-borne PU coatings,we have prepared the modified water-borne PU coatings through introducing of semidrying oil,monomer and vinyl triethoxysilane.By the interaction of the oxidation crosslinking of semidrying oil and the self-crosslinking of vinyl triethoxysilane,the crosslinkage density of coatings film is increased and the property is improved.
