某员工宿舍楼为底部两层框架的砖混结构，由于使用时间较长，需要进行强度校核和安全性鉴定。通过查勘房屋现状、检测主要构件材料强度、调查构件配筋，对结构进行强度校核与抗震安全性评定，并提出加固建议，可供类似工程参考。

A brick masonry staff dormitory of two stories framework at the bottom needs to have safety identification for the use of a longer time. This paper describes the survey of housing status, the main component of the test mate- rial strength and component of the process of reinforcement. On the basis of the intensity of checking and assessment of seismic safety, the author proposed reinforcement proposals for similar projects.
