南京市地面塌陷发生率逐年上升,已成为主要的地质灾害。南京市地面塌陷主要有岩溶塌陷、采空塌陷和工程塌陷3大类型,上世纪主要以岩溶塌陷和采空塌陷为主,近年来,随着城市基础设施建设的扩建,工程塌陷的发生率和破坏性逐渐增加。

With the accelerated urbanization process,ground collapse problem,one of the major geological disasters in Nanjing City,becoming increasingly prominent,is a serious threat to urban construction and development,therefore the development of distribution characteristics of ground collapse and its countermeasures is of great practical significance.We divide the ground collapse of Nanjing into three major types such as karst collapse,goaf collapse,and project collapse.The main collapse type is the karst collapse and goaf collapse in the past century.In recent years,with the expansion of urban infrastructure construction,the rate and destructive of project collapse is increasing.The ground collapse is mainly due to excessively pumping groundwater,mining or heavy rains,artificial loading,artificial vibration.Only if Nanjing government strictly limits to develop of groundwater and mineral resources,and ascertain the condition of the geological environment.It can effectively control ground collapse.
