目的 探讨S期蛋白激酶相关蛋白(S-phase kinase-associated protein 2,Skp2)和p27蛋白在肺癌中表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Skp2和p27在60例肺癌(鳞癌25例.腺癌20例,小细胞肺癌15例)和15例经手术证实、病理检测肺良性病变(炎性假瘤、局灶性肺脓肿、包裹性肺霉菌病、错构瘤和支气管腺瘤)正常细胞中的表达.结果 Skp2仅在肺癌组织中表达,且在吸烟者、鳞癌和低分化患者中过表达,而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤位置和病理分期无关.p27在正常支气管上皮中均有表达,在肺癌中表达降低,但其表达仅与淋巴结转移和病理分期有关.Skp2阳性表达患者中.p27表达降低.结论 Skp2与p27蛋白的表达与肺癌的发生、发展有一定关系,在肺癌中二者存在某种相互作用机制.

Objective To explore the expressions of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2(Skp2) and p27 protein and their significance in lung cancer. Methods The expressions of Skp2 and p27 protein were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method in samples from 60 patients with lung cancer and normal bronchial epithelial cells. Results Skp2 was only expressed in lung cancer and overexpressed in patients who smoke,and patients with squamous cell lung cancer and poorly differentiated lung cancer. The expression of p27 protein was found in normal bronchial epithilial cells and reduced in lung cancer correlated with pathology stage. The expression of p27 reduced in patients with positive expression of Skp2. Conclusions Skp2 overexpression and the reduction of p27 expression may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of lung cancer.
