将鸭源鸡新城疫(ND)病毒D10株和鸡减蛋综合症(EDS-76)病毒GC2株同时接种于同一鸭胚内复制,增殖96 h收取尿囊液,用甲醛灭活后加白油佐剂制成ND-EDS-76异源二联油乳剂灭活疫苗。该疫苗生产工艺简单,成本低,经试用表明可有效地预防ND和EDS-76的发生。
將鴨源鷄新城疫(ND)病毒D10株和鷄減蛋綜閤癥(EDS-76)病毒GC2株同時接種于同一鴨胚內複製,增殖96 h收取尿囊液,用甲醛滅活後加白油佐劑製成ND-EDS-76異源二聯油乳劑滅活疫苗。該疫苗生產工藝簡單,成本低,經試用錶明可有效地預防ND和EDS-76的髮生。

Duck origin ND.D10 strain and EDS-76GC2 strain were inoculated into the same duck embryos and harvested after 96 hours of culture.The propagated virus were inactivated by formalin and mingled with oil emulsion adjuvant according to rational rate,and a combined inactivated oil-adjuvant duck origin NDV and EDS-76 vaccine was developed,which simplified the production process and reduced production cost.The tests of vaccine safety,antibody response,protective rate and duration of immunity were also preformed.The results show that this kind of vaccine could prevent ND virus and EDS-76 virus infection successfully.
